1. Fill out a registration form & attach 1 (one) copy of birth certificate.
2. Registration Fee:
• IDR 550.000 for Mini Pianista, Toddler, Poco Pianista, and Guardian Angel category.
• IDR 575.000 for Buono Pianista, Preparatory, and Preliminary category.
• IDR 600.000 for Elementary, Intermediate, Free Choice 1, and Free Choice 2 category.
• IDR 625.000 for Advance, Free Choice 3, and Free Choice 4 category.
• IDR 650.000 for Free Choice 5 category.
• IDR 675.000 for Free Choice 6 category.
• IDR 900.000 per-couple for Piano Duet category.
3. Free Choice category participants must provide a soft-copy (PDF Files) of music scores and email to lapianistajava@gmail.com, no later than 15th March 2023.
4. Age-count of participants is as of 1st March 2023.
5. Repeat sign DOES NOT need to be repeated, DC & DS sign must be repeated. If there is room 1 & 2, then go straight into room 2.
6. All adjudicator’s decisions are final and just, cannot be changed.
7. Registration end on 15th March 2023, at 3PM sharp. Participants number will be raffled by the Committee on 20th March 2023 and will be collected upon re-registration.
8. All participants must memorize their piece & the duration for free choice category will be started once the participants start playing.
9. Participants may participate in greater age category or more than 1 category.
10. Application fees are non-refundable for any cancellation, except an event is cancelled.
11. La Pianista has the right to change the category if the followed category is insufficient participants.
12. Registration fee can be transferred to BCA 088.149.0934 Willyana.
13. Payment receipt, registration form, and a copy of Birth Certificate can be emailed to lapianistajava@gmail.com.
